Presenting food better than ever before. Cabinet Kubus freestanding chilled and ambient patisseries are a further cubist companion to the range of Cabinet Kubus drop in displays. Available in both self help and assisted service, Kubus patisseries feature a matching clean rectilinear profile, durable bright steel and chrome plated aluminium superstructure, all within a toughened flat glass hood, sneeze screen and glazed side panels.

The Kubus chilled patisserie display is part of CED’s new flagship range of energy efficient chilled hydrocarbon food displays. Kubus patisseries have energy saving & efficient refrigeration, ‘point of sale’ branding, steel kick plinths, mobile castors and adjustable feet as standard – not as premium priced options.

Innovation as standard. Chilled by integral hydrocarbon technology (a solution that’s kinder to the environment and your budget, with lower running costs than conventional R404A refrigerant), each cold patisserie also contains intelligent, gantry mounted digital control technology & CED’s continued assurance of beautiful toughness and ruthless reliability in the field.

Layout options.  Position Cabinet Kubus patisserie displays behind fascia panels in a counter run to offer maximum serve over presentation within a minimum footprint, or locate them in prime trading areas as freestanding ‘grab n go’ impulse displays. Enhance the beauty of the bright steel & chrome components by choosing from a standard black epoxy coated steel base & partial hood styling, or pick a conventional steel finish of satin polish.  Add our optional fascia panels for a freestanding scenario, or use an energy saving night blind to customize the display to suit a particular site requirement.

Self  help patisserie displays. 

Self help chilled patisserie-rear doors. (Location: Freestanding in a counter run/open space) Available in either 600mm, 900mm or 1200mm wide sizes, the energy efficient Kubus self help chilled patisserie houses an open chilled steel bottle display deck and 3 tiers of toughened adjustable height glass shelves. Each of the food display levels are fitted with combined 40mm ticket display, product stop and low energy diffused lighting.  Re-stocking the unit is undertaken through hinged double glazed doors to the rear. All chilled product is highly visible through the toughened glass canopy, sneeze screen and side panels. The glass canopy hood can form a serve-over section or be used for impulse display (See KPC6,9,12HT).

Fascia options-all chilled patisseries. The standard chilled patisserie may fit behind a shopfitted fascia panel within a counter run.  With the addition of optional black epoxy coated or steel fascia panels, the chilled patisseries can be located in prime trading areas as freestanding ‘grab n go’ impulse displays (Black – see KCBF6-12) (Steel – see KCSF6-12).

Self help chilled patisserie-fixed back. (Location: Freestanding in a wall sited counter run/wall sited) A wall-sited version, also available in 600mm, 900mm or 1200mm wide sizes, allows this energy efficient food display to be positioned in alcoves, high street retail environments or smaller restictive sites. Stand off brackets to the rear of the display ensure there is no interference to airflow.  The rear door is replaced with a bright steel back panel. Product re-stocking is through the open face of the cabinet. The fixed back cabinet matches all other Kubus patisseries. (See KPC6-12FBHT).

Self help ambient patisserie-open rear. (Location: Freestanding in a counter run/open space) A matching ambient version in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm with open front and open rear frame is ideal for presenting many morning goods such as pastries, muffins etc. (See KPA6-12) An optional rear door can also be factory fitted (See KPA6-12).

Assisted service patisserie displays. 

Assisted service chilled patisserie-rear doors. (Location: Freestanding in an assisted service counter run/open space) Available in either 600mm, 900mm or 1200mm wide sizes, the Kubus assisted service chilled patisserie also houses a chilled steel bottle display deck and 3 tiers of toughened adjustable height glass shelves. Each of the display levels are fitted with combined 40mm ticket display, product stop and low energy diffused lighting.  The full height flat glass front screen tilts and locks to allow the operator cleaning access.Re-stocking the unit is undertaken through hinged double glazed doors to the rear. All chilled product is highly visible through the toughened glass canopy, full front screen and side panels. The glass canopy hood can form a serve-over section or be used for impulse display (See KPC6,9,12ASHT)

Assisted service ambient patisserie-open rear. (Location: Freestanding in an assisted service counter run/open space) A matching ambient version in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm with full front glass and open rear frame, this model is ideal for presenting many morning goods such as pastries, muffins etc. (See KPA6-12AS) An optional rear door can also be factory fitted (See KPA6-12AS).
