Hotplate inserts and carving inserts are available for use with Designline dry heat and wet well bain maries. 2 options are available for the hotplate insert, a lift out and handle version. The carving insert features a removable juice collecting tray and spiked insert lid.

Hotplate Insert.
Features. (HINS1 & HINS2)

  • For short term holding use.
  • For use with dry heat & wet well bain marie.
  • Converts heated bain marie G/n sections to short term (15-20 mins) hotplate type presentation during varied serving periods.
  • Glass hotplate drop in insert.
  • Option HINS1 – Hotplate glass surface in lift out steel collar.
  • Option HINS2 – Hotplate glass surface in steel collar with lift up handle.

Carvery Insert.
Features. (CINS1)

  • For use with dry heat & wet well bain marie.
  • 1/1Gn spiked drop in carving insert with drain holes.
  • Carving plate features easily removable spiked carving deck.
  • Converts heated bain marie G/n sections to carving operation during varied serving periods.
  • Supplied with 150 mm deep removable juice collecting tray, suitably sized for dishwashers.
