Designline 1-1 Gn Drop In Display Bain Marie, Render

Designline drop in displays are elliptically styled displays utilising a clean curved design perspective, enhanced by durable chrome plated aluminium superstructures and lighting ducts, all enclosed within toughened curved glass hoods, sneeze screens and side panels.

HBM1 heated bain marie 1/1 Gn

  • Base heat is controlled via remotely connected digital control panel/ digital probe.
  • Superstructure in bright polished / satin steel & aluminium.
  • Control panel & fascia mounting plate on 2m loom for fitting in rear valance panel.
  • Features ‘tamper proof’ temperature control facility.
  • Optional compatibility to Dixell & Modbus RTU network store food monitoring systems.
  • Self help / assisted service application.
  • HBMI can accept 100-150mm deep food containers, either 1 x 1/1Gn, 3 x 1/3Gn, or 1 x 2/3Gn & 1 x 1/3Gn, not supplied.
BMC1 heated carvery unit 1/1 Gn

  • Base heat is controlled via remotely connected digital control panel/ digital probe.
  • Superstructure in bright polished / satin steel & aluminium.
  • Control panel & fascia mounting plate on 2m loom for fitting in rear valance panel.
  • Features ‘tamper proof’ temperature control facility.

  • BMC1 supplied with raised 1/1Gn carving deck (spiked), juice collection tray & support collar.

HP1 Heated Ceran glass hotplate unit 1/1Gn

  • For food presentation in flat bottom oven to tableware dishes.
  • Base heat is controlled via remotely connected digital control panel/ digital probe.
  • Superstructure in bright polished / satin steel & aluminium.
  • Control panel & fascia mounting plate on 2m loom for fitting in rear valance panel.
  • Features ‘tamper proof’ temperature control facility.

BMBC1 Heated burger chute unit 1/1Gn

  • Supplied with angled perforated stainless steel collar for presentation of wrapped product.


BMCS1 Heated chip scuttle unit 1/1Gn

  • Supplied with inclined perforated stainless steel scuttle insert and oil collection container.
