Kubus carving inserts and hotplate inserts are available for use with Kubus dry heat and wet well bain maries.  The carving insert features a removable 150 mm deep juice collecting tray supported in a collar, over which a spiked insert lid is fitted. This allows sections of the bain marie to be used for periodic carvery offers.

The hotplate inserts offer short term (15-20 mins) holding and is ideal as a counter top height plated meal pass point, or individual plate warming. Two options are available for the hotplate insert, a lift out and a handle version.
