Designline Accessories
Many Designline accessories are available for additional design flexibility.
Assisted service glass conversion-Designline self help chilled well. Full height glass screen and end glass can be added to the Designline chilled well, if the planned operation is to be assisted service ( See AS2-5).
Cutting board – Designline chilled & multi level deli. Optional 1/1Gn elliptical profile polyethylene cutting boards for theatre preparation of sandwich fillings, fit individually or in multiples over the rear preparation shelf of the Designline cold deli and multi level cold deli (See CB1).
Glass midshelf – Designline chilled well. The Designline chilled well and chilled island well can be provided with additional ambient display areas over the chilled base, by the optional factory fitted ambient glass mid shelf (See MS2-5).
LED lighting – all Designline chilled displays. With up to a 9 year lifespan, optional long-life low energy LED lighting can be factory fitted to the Designline cold well, cold deli, cold multi level deli ( See LED2-LED5S) in lieu of the triphopsphor standard. The LED lighting option is also available as a factory fit for the Designline cold multideck ( See LED2-4M).
Non standard airflow – Designline chilled displays. Air in/out to operator side. Optional non standard airflow arrangements are available for use with most chilled models when the counter design requires that air intake grilles are not to be seen on the front fascia (See AF2). Air in/out to customer side. If the counter is wall sited, the option of air in/out to customer side can be added to the self help Designline cold well ( See AF1). ** The Designline self help cold multideck – fixed back model which would be used in this scenario (See MDF2-4) does not normally require this option. The model discharges warm air generated during it’s operation through a rear worktop mounted grill.
Carving/ hotplate inserts – Designline heated bain marie. Optional 1/1Gn spiked carving inserts and hotplate inserts can be used in conjunction with the Designline bain marie. The carving insert can be used to convert sections of the bain marie to a carving operation (See CINS1). The hotplate insert can be used to convert sections of the bain marie to short term hotplate operation, allowing food display in ceramic or oven proof dishes, plated meal holding etc. ( See HINS1)
Designline heated gantry. For an alternative type of short term plated meal holding, or to create a heated pass through section on a steel counter top, the various sizes of Designline heated gantry sizes can be used. Surface heat to the produce is provided from traditional quartz halogen, with the superstructure supporting a curved toughened sneeze protection glass screen (See HG2-HG6).
Table Top Confectionary Display Stand. The Designline table top display stand is a freestanding counter top shelving display to match the Designline drop in display range. The display is available as either self help ( See TTCDS) or assisted service (See TTCDSAS). Site them as impulse display at till points, or in multiples to differentiate wrapped/ unwrapped product. The unit features two removable inclined display shelves in formed acrylic. Each shelf featuring 40mm point of sale strips as standard.
Dimmer control – Designline heated gantry. An optional heated gantry dimmer control (with integral mounting plate) can be fitted to the operator side valance panel of the counter ( See QC1).
Designline choice. Choose from matching self help, heated or chilled displays, assisted service heated or chilled deli displays, plus ambient displays. Compliment your selections with Designline ancillary items, such as cutlery condiment units, chopping boards, carving & hotplate inserts.
Designline styling. Designline drop in displays are elliptically styled displays utilising a clean curved design perspective, enhanced by durable chrome plated aluminium superstructures and lighting ducts, all enclosed within toughened curved glass hoods, sneeze screens and side panels. Designline drop in displays feature intelligent, tamper proof & gantry mounted digital control display technology.
