Dline-Hot-Patiss-1Drop In Patisseries. New for 2025, CED introduce a full range of ‘drop in’ serve over height patisseries in a wide choice of cold, hot & ambient displays to fit in servery counter worktops.
Heated Models. The new 600, 900 & 1200 wide drop in hot patisseries are ideal for display of pre-heated cooked food, packaged or unwrapped.
The model is ideal for the display of pre-heated cooked food, either unwrapped, packaged or cartons containing heated produce. The patisserie is heated by static heat and convected hot air. The patisserie has 3 tiers of food display levels comprising two polyester coated aluminum shelves and a large hot deck display area. Product temperature is maintained at 70 – 75 deg. C  by both static & convection heat. The temperature of the 3 heated zones can be independently set by digital displays on the control panel which mount in the counter body.
LED lighting is fitted to each display level (4000 Kelvin) – to match chilled/ ambient models. Removable wire steel grids on the shelf surfaces allow packaged heated product display. Each shelf front features a s/steel folded ticket strip holder which accepts a 38 mm point of sale card pricing strip. An adhesive mounted plastic ticket strip holder is fitted to the air retaining screen at display deck level, to take the same size pricing strip.

HOT-LOGOSelf Help (Drop In) Heated Patisserie (Rear Doors)

This drop in self help heated patisserie is open fronted with rear loading to three display levels. The curved glass profile & anodised aluminum canopy is designed to compliment other drop in and patisserie units within the Designline range.

The patisseries have double glazed, hinged rear doors for easier restocking access & the temperature of each of the 3 display tier heated zones can be independently set, using the digital displays. The control panel display is mounted as a cassette on a 2M loom, for fitting in rear valance panel of a servery counter.

 

 

 

 

HOT-LOGOSelf Help Heated (Fixed Back)

Designline-SH-Hot-FBwall-sited version, also available in 600 mm, 900 mm or 1200 mm wide sizes, allows the display to be positioned in alcoves, high street retail environments or smaller restrictive sites.

The rear door is replaced with a bright steel back panel. Product re-stocking is through the open face of the cabinet. The fixed back cabinet matches all other Designline patisseries. (Models PH6FB, PH9FB, PH12FB).

 

HOT-LOGOAssisted Service (Rear Doors)

Designline-AS-Hot RDAvailable in either 600mm, 900mm or 1200mm wide sizes, the Designline assisted service heated patisserie also houses a PTFE (Teflon) coated display deck and 2 tiers of heated shelving. Each of the display levels are fitted with 40 mm ticket display, product stop and 4000 Kelvin fluorescent tube lighting to each tier – matching LED lighting in the chilled version. The full height curved glass front screen tilts and locks to allow the operator cleaning access. Re-stocking the unit is undertaken through hinged double glazed doors to the rear. All heated product is highly visible through the toughened glass front screen and side panels. The steel canopy hood can form a serve-over section. (Models PH6AS, PH9AS, PH12AS).

 

Fascia Panel Option – Heated Patisserie.

The standard heated patisserie may fit behind a shop fitted fascia panel within a counter run.  With the addition of optional black epoxy coated or steel fascia panels, the heated patisseries can be located in prime trading areas as freestanding ‘grab n go’ impulse displays
