Kubus (Drop In) Heated Patisserie.
New for 2025, CED introduce a full range of ‘drop in’ serve over height patisseries in a wide choice of cold, hot & ambient displays to fit in servery counter worktops. Available in both self help and assisted service, Kubus heated patisseries feature a matching square profile, housed within a toughened glass front screen or an open fronted heated display.
The new 600, 900 & 1200mm wide drop in hot patisseries are ideal for display of pre-heated cooked food, whether packaged or unwrapped.
By using both static & convection heat with removable wire shelf grid covers, product is surrounded by heat. The temperature of wrapped/ unwrapped product on the 3 heated zones can also be independently set by digital displays on the control panel. which mount in the counter body.
Self Help (Drop In) Heated Patisserie – Rear Doors
Available in either 600mm, 900mm & 1200mm wide sizes, the open fronted Kubus heated patisserie has 3 tiers of food display, comprising 2 steel/ coated aluminum shelves and a large hot deck display area.
Each display level is supplied with removable steel grids for display of wrapped product.
The shelf fronts also feature a folded steel ticket strip holder, for mounting a 38mm pricing strip within. The deck area also features a plastic ticket strip holder, mounted on the air retaining screen.
High temperature LED lighting is fitted to each tier & re-stocking the unit is undertaken through hinged double glazed doors to the rear. All heated product is highly visible through the canopy and side panels. The drop in patisserie can be set in a counter step down section to enable the toughened glass hood to be used at serve-over height. The control panel has 3 digital displays to control each zone temperature and is supplied on a loom to be mounted in the counter body.
Assisted Service (Drop In) Heated Patisserie – Rear Doors
A closed front assisted service version is also available in 600mm, 900mm & 1200mm wide sizes, allowing the display to be positioned in traditional operator served counters. The full front hinged glass tilts forward in a locking hinge, for ease of cleaning. Product re-stocking is again through the rear doors of the patisserie. The control panel has 3 digital displays to control each zone temperature and is supplied on a loom to be mounted in the counter body. All sizes operate on a 13A 230V electrical supply.

Self Help (Drop In) Heated Patisserie – Fixed Back
The wall sited drop in self help heated patisserie is open fronted with fixed back panel to three display levels. The open fronted unit can be used in alcoves or where space is limited in the counter design.
The self help patisserie is ideal for the display of pre-heated cooked food, either unwrapped or packaged. Heated by static heat and convected hot air, the 3 tiers of food display comprise of 2 steel/ coated aluminum shelves and large hot deck display area.
The temperature of each of the 3 heated zones can be independently set, using digital displays. The control panel display is mounted as a cassette on 2m loom, for fitting in front valance panel of a servery counter.
Product temperature is maintained at 70 – 75 deg. C in +18 deg. C ambient.
