2024 New Kubus Ambient Patisserie
The Kubus range of freestanding patisseries are equally at home as independent displays or as classic serve over, in-counter food displays.
A visual companion to CED’s premium Kubus drop in display range, they are available in both self help and assisted service. Kubus patisseries feature a clean rectilinear design, enhanced by durable steel superstructures and light ducts, all enclosed under a toughened flat glass serve over hood.
Kubus patisseries maximize sales by providing customers with an extensive display area and merchandising space, within a minimal footprint.

- Rectilinear glass profile is designed to compliment other drop in and patisserie units within the kubus range.
- Freestanding self help ambient patisserie, open fronted with open rear loading to four display levels.
- Ideal for the display of wrapped morning goods, ambient produce and drinks.
- Stainless steel canopy, open fronted display and side glass for self help/ serve over presentation.
- Open to rear as standard for easier restocking, with optional rear door available.
- Three toughened glass shelves, adjustable in height and angle.
- Steel deck area for additional merchandising at worktop height.
- Low energy diffused LED lighting to each display level, colour 4000K.
- 24 hour operation as standard.
- Switched lighting control in canopy head.
- Black plasticised steel front fascia & side panels.
- 40 mm point of sale ticket strip & product stop to each display level.
- Mobile lockable transportation combined castor/ feet.
- Adjustable final positioning/ levelling feet.
- ‘C’ profile safety edge to all exposed edge glass.
- Optional Rear Door – Factory Fit (option KDR6,KDR9, KDR12)
