Quick Service: Wall Bench Range
Quick Service Fabrication. We’ve taken our vast experience producing every conceivable kind of made to measure commercial kitchen fabrication, in order to develop the new Quick Service fabrication range. Quick Service now offers dealers a complete range of CED standard fabrication in the popular sizes you want.
Quick Service 2 Year Warranty. There is no compromise on quality with Quick Service fabrication either, otherwise we couldn’t offer our 2 year warranty as standard.
Quick Service Choice. There’s over 150 of our most popular kitchen equipment products to select from, including single or double bowl sinks, wall & corner cupboards, wall & corner benches, centre benches, heavy duty wall shelving, pan storage & microwave shelving.
Wall Benches (With Under Shelf).
CED’s Quick Service range of fully welded wall benches, corner wall benches and wall benches (with void), are constructed from sturdy 30 mm 430 gd. sq box section framing with durable 1.2 mm thick 304 gd. steel worktops and 1.2 mm thick 430 gd. under shelves as standard. Wall bench units are available in three depths and up to eight standard lengths.
Corner Wall Benches & Angled Corner Wall Benches.
Quick Service corner wall benches are also made in the same three depths as other straight wall benches. They are also available as left or right hand models, or as an angled corner in three popular depths.
Wall Benches (With Void).
A further choice of Quick Service wall benches with voids under – ideal for equipment storage – are also available in matching depths, with a selection of length options. Standard wall bench height is 900mm, to suit most kitchen area back counters.
General Specification. Each wall bench type has a solid steel worktop with 50 mm downstand to each edge, the worktop has a 50 mm(H) x 15 mm(D) upstand to the rear. Wall benches & corner wall benches feature a solid steel storage under-shelf below. The legs of the wall benches are fitted with adjustable height flanged feet, for securing the unit to a floor surface on site. All wall bench legs are inset 100 mm to the rear, to allow for service pipework behind. Wall bench legs are set inboard of the worktop 50 mm at each end.
