Bread Making Units.
The Tournus bread making unit is an enclosed s/steel mobile work station, which features a 900 mm high preparation worktop, made of 26 mm thick glued Beech plywood. The space under the worktop is given over to 6 tiers of storage, with U shaped angle brackets fitted to side walls, supporting either steel wire frame grids or marine ply shelving.

One steel side of the enclosed trolley is a panel with continuous formed handle, which lifts up and slides in underneath the worktop, giving access to the shelving within. The enclosed trolley can be used to store dough whilst proving.

The trolley is o/all 1025 mm (L) x 816 mm (D) x 900 mm (H) and is available with two internal storage sizes of 800 mm (L) x 600 (D), or 900 mm (L) x 700 (D) to suit optional stainless steel shelf grids. The model with internal size of 900 mm (L) x 700 (D) can also be fitted with 15 mm thick marine ply shelving.

Each model is fitted with 4 x Ø 125 mm castors, 2 of which are braked for parking.
